We have been training individually with Miłosz since 2019. The motivation to start training in the gym were injuries that appeared from time to time. They were related to running, which we had been doing for several years, and sedentary work that had a negative impact on our spines. Miłosz approaches each person individually, their possibilities, expectations, needs or sports plans. It explains exactly what you need to work on and what impact certain exercises have. He pays a lot of attention to the quality of the exercises performed, often modifying them depending on the needs. Before each training, he asks about our well-being. In addition to mobilization, strengthening exercises, specialized cross-country training to prepare for starts. Miłosz also willingly shares his knowledge and teaches new exercises that until recently seemed "impossible to do".

I have been cooperating with Miłosz for 1.5 years. During this time, he gave me the knowledge necessary to consciously perform the exercises and arrange them under the set goals. Miłosz as a personal trainer is characterized by accuracy, extensive knowledge in the field of anatomy and movement patterns, a holistic approach to improving / working out in condition and achieving goals, as well as the ability to transfer his knowledge in practice. Trainings are tailored to the abilities of the trainee and take place in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

After a long break from regular physical activity, I decided to return to optimal physical condition. In addition to a proper diet, pool training and jogging, I wanted to strengthen my body through general development exercises in the gym. The technical aspects of this type of exercise have always been my weakness, so I decided to look for the right trainer who would help me achieve my goal. This is how I found Miłosz - a young but very mature person with great experience. We started the trainings by discussing the goals and diagnosing the weak and strong points of my body. The main advantages of this trainer compared to others are certainly: a very individualized approach to the pupils, the ability to listen and draw conclusions, and above all, a holistic and very systematic approach to the implementation of the exercise program. It was amazing to see how, by activating or strengthening other parts of the body, it became more and more easy for me to perform exercises that I could only dream of before. A definite plus is also a very rich portfolio of exercises, thanks to which there was no question of boredom or monotony in any training, and a very nice, relaxed atmosphere increasing the comfort of training. After a year of intense exercise, I returned to my optimal form and figure. I wholeheartedly recommend Miłosz, in my opinion one of the best trainers in Wola. Especially people who are busy, busy and in permanent shortages. Even two hours of exercises a week with Miłosz can work wonders.

When I got to Miłosz, it was my second visit to the gym (in my life). We arranged a few trial lessons and I did not even think that my adventure with this type of training would last longer. And yet I have been going twice a week for several months now, making the plank, which was a big problem for me at the beginning, is nothing special at the moment. I feel that I am strengthening my whole body, and Miłosz patiently explains how individual muscles work and how to use them so as not to strain anything. Miłosz can motivate even a person as far from sport as me to work harder. Training with him is a great pleasure (though painful), because apart from a professional approach to the training itself, he is a very nice, intelligent person with whom you can talk about any topic.

Miłosz is always perfectly prepared for classes and selects exercises adequate to individual needs, skills, predispositions and expectations. You can see that in his work he perfectly combines the theoretical knowledge gained during his studies with coaching practice. When you train with Miłosz, you can be sure that the training will not be monotonous, although do not count on it being easy. But it will definitely be nice and professional.
