W ramach treningów realizujemy indywidualny program oparty na systemie treningu, który jest fundamentem naszej pracy. W zależności od Twoich głównych celów i możliwości organizmu dobieramy formę treningu, tak aby była ona efektywna, przyjemna oraz zdrowa. Podczas treningów z trenerem dowiesz się, w jaki sposób należy podchodzić do ruchu. Nauczysz się prawidłowego czucia swojego ciała, kontroli oddechu oraz generowania prawidłowego ruchu i siły.

First consultation

Consultation will help you get to know and understand the methodology and form of working with a trainer. As part of the consultation, pre-training diagnostics, presentation of the training methodology and system as well as assistance in determining the date and form of achieving your goal will be carried out.

We regularly meet at joint personal trainings or you train under my control with the online program. I monitor your progress and make ongoing corrections throughout the entire process. You're finally moving!
